MY RETURN POLICY


I will accept returns and/or replace your item if:

1) The tape/DVD arrived damaged in the mail, or didn't arrive at all
2) The disc is unplayable on your DVD player, or has "read errors" (I always verify each disc I make)
3) The quality is limited due to the condition of the tape/DVD itself
(i.e. the tape has a prominent glitch that you can tell is not a part of the source material)

I will NOT accept returns if you're unsatisfied with the quality of the tape/DVD for a reason that is beyond my control (like if you say, the picture's too blurry). If you want me to describe the quality in advance, I will.
