I will accept returns and/or replace your item if:
1) The tape/DVD arrived damaged in the mail, or didn't arrive at all
2) The disc is unplayable on your DVD player
3) The quality is limited due to the condition of the tape/DVD itself
(i.e. the tape has a prominent glitch that you can tell is not a part of the source material)
I will NOT accept returns if you're unsatisfied with the quality of the tape/DVD for a reason that is beyond my control
(like if you say, the picture's too blurry). If you want me to describe the quality in advance, I will.
